The easier and more cost effective way to remove your rubbish.

1. Buy a bag or re-use any undamaged BC Sands bulk bag that has this tag attached.
2. When you are ready, position your bag within three metres of your driveway or roadside and fill it up with up to one tonne of rubbish (please see list below)
3. Arrange a pick up - simply call on 8543 3402 - or order online

What you can include:

• Building, DIY and renovation waste
• Lawn clippings
• Garden waste
• Sand and soil
• Rocks
• Household goods and furniture
• Cardboard
• Empty paint cans
• Small household appliances (with any doors removed)
• Carpet
• Mattresses (must fit completely in bag)

What you can't include:

• Glass or anything with sharp edges that might tear the bag
• Any liquid waste, including paint cans with paint in them
• Oil or things which have contained oil
• Batteries
• Tyres
• Propane or gas tanks
• Fluorescent tubes
• Anything containing asbestos
• Poisons, chemicals or toxic waste
• Food waste

Make it easy to fill:

To make sure your bag stands up, fold down each of the four corners before you start filling. Fold the corners up as you are going along and the bag will stay upright.

Please do not over fill your bag - keep the top of your rubbish at least 50mm from the top of the bag.

Important info about Skip Bag pick ups:

• We pick up Skip Bin Bags using a truck with a small crane. This crane has a reach of 3 metres, so please locate your bag within three metres of your driveway or the road. This needs to be clear space, so please make sure that your bag is not obstructed, including by tree branches or telegraph wires.
  
• Ensure it is filled and ready before our crane truck arrives and the contents must be at least 50mm from the top of the bag so nothing falls out while it is being lifted.
• We cannot pick up any bag that is damaged.
• If your bag is too full or too heavy, our driver can supply you with another one so that you can transfer some of your rubbish, but there is a charge for this. And whilst we love helping all our customers, unfortunately our drivers are not licensed to personally handle your rubbish, so you will need to transfer any items yourself.
• If your bag is damaged, overloaded or cannot be reached by our crane truck then we will be unable to pick it up and you will forfeit your pick up fee.
• Your bag must have this tag attached.
