Wakaflex Terracotta Flashing 370mm x 5m is a premium, lead-free flashing solution made from high-tech polymer rubber (Polyisobutylene - PIB), designed for use in both new builds and renovation projects. It chemically bonds to itself when overlapped, forming a permanent, watertight seal ideal for abutments, chimneys, Dutch gables, and step flashing applications.

Installation Tips / Usage Guidelines

• Install in full 5m roll lengths for best results.
• Ensure a 50mm overlap between sheets and press firmly to activate bonding.
• Use the internal aluminium mesh to shape and profile the flashing to the roof surface.
• Leave the perforated backing on until the last moment to keep the butyl adhesive clean.
• Install horizontally for abutments and vertically for step flashing.
• Once installed, Wakaflex can be painted with outdoor-grade water-based acrylic paints.
