Crosflow 830 Commercial Self Leveller – 20kg Bag is a high-performance, commercial-grade, cementitious underlayment designed for both internal and external applications. With excellent flow and adhesion characteristics, Crosflow 830 provides a smooth and durable base for all types of floor coverings. It is suitable for use over new or old concrete floors, and can be applied from feather edge up to 50mm in a single pour.

Installation Tips / Usage Guidelines

• Pour mixed Crosflow 830 onto the prepared surface and spread using a long-handled gauged spreader.
• Self-levels during the first 10–15 minutes after pouring. Work quickly to maintain a wet edge for seamless blending between pours.
• Apply up to 50mm in one application. For thicker sections, allow additional curing time.
• Ensure substrate is clean and primed before application.
• In external applications, monitor ambient and substrate temperatures to avoid rapid drying or curing issues.
