Euromix™ Quartz Texture White Based 15L is a premium coarse marble-based acrylic texture coating, designed to provide a decorative and durable finish over Euromix™ renders and other suitable building substrates. Featuring a distinctive sand-textured appearance with subtle sparkle, it combines aesthetic appeal with superior flexibility, adhesion, and water resistance.

• Formulated for excellent workability and ease of application
• Touch dry in 2–3 hours; full cure within 24 hours (weather dependent)
• Enhanced flexibility and crack resistance with Euromix™ Hydroshield
• Excellent weathering, water repellency, and adhesion
• Gloss Level: Semi-gloss
• Consistency: Thick, plaster-like material
• Covers approx. 0.8 sqm per litre
• Not suitable for high-traffic areas unless overcoated
• Shelf life: 18 months unopened; must be used within 1 hour of opening
• Weather: High resistance to chalking and cracking
• Temperature: Suitable for up to 60°C dry surface exposure
• Abrasion: Good resistance when top-coated with elastomeric membrane paint
• Solvent Sensitivity: Avoid contact with strong solvents

Applications

• Ideal for finishing over Euromix™ and other cement renders, off-form concrete, fibre cement sheeting, brick, and blockwork
• Not to be applied directly on PVC, EPS (polystyrene), AAC, or other absorbent surfaces without a suitable base coat
• Recommended primer: Euromix™ Acrylic Primer, tinted to closely match the final texture colour

Installation Tips

• Allow alkaline surfaces to cure for at least 28 days before application
• Ensure substrate is clean, dry, sound, and free from contaminants
• Mask windows and surrounding trim; protect adjacent surfaces from spills
• Prime with Euromix™ Acrylic Primer and allow to dry for 4 hours before applying texture

Application Guidelines

1. Stir thoroughly using a power stirrer before application
2. Apply with a trowel to the thickness of the largest particles
3. Finish using a plastic trowel in a circular motion for even texture
4. Maintain a ‘wet edge’ to prevent patchiness and visible joints
5. Do not overwork the product to avoid surface inconsistencies
6. Apply in ambient temperatures between 10°C and 26°C
7. Protect newly applied surfaces from rain or moisture for at least 12 hours
8. Ensure the coating and substrate are protected from moisture for at least 24 hours post-application
