Euromix™ NPS (20KG) Keycoat Render is a high-performance, full-polymer, cement-based dry mix render formulated specifically for use as a base coat over non-porous substrates such as PVC (including Dincel), polystyrene, and smooth concrete. It delivers excellent adhesion, weather resistance, and ease of application, making it ideal for preparing surfaces before finishing renders are applied.

Applications

• Ideal base coat for Dincel and other PVC wall systems
• Suitable for polystyrene, fibre cement sheeting (FC), AAC panels/blocks, and most masonry surfaces
• Can be applied by hand or with spray equipment (test equipment suitability first)

Installation Tips

• Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and free of contaminants (e.g., dust, oil, mould, paint, and release agents)
• New concrete must cure for at least 12–28 days and have less than 15% moisture content
• Very smooth concrete should be pre-treated with a keying coat of Euromix™ Patch Coarse Broadwall
• Mask windows and trim, and protect adjacent surfaces before application
• Use clean potable water – approx. 5.5L per bag
• Gradually add render powder to water while mixing mechanically until smooth and lump-free
• Mixture should be stiff enough to hold a peak on the hawk
• Do not mix more than can be used within 1 hour
• Apply with a hawk and trowel or with a suitable spray machine
• Level the material using a straight edge or screed while still workable
• Apply in layers no thicker than 5mm – thicker builds require multiple coats with 24-hour intervals
• Ideal for use as a keycoat before Euromix™ Skim Coat, FP Render, or Texture finishes
• Discard any spilled or partially set material
