Euromix™ LWHB Render is a lightweight, high-build, full polymer cement render designed for use as a base coat in thick applications—up to 30mm in one pass. Pre-mixed and easy to use, it requires only water for mixing and can be applied by hand or machine. It is ideal for use on AAC, EPS, FC sheeting, and other unpainted masonry surfaces, providing a durable, weather-resistant base ready for finishing coats.

Installation Tips

• Recommended for use by experienced renderers familiar with acrylic systems
• Ensure substrate is clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or friable material
• New concrete must cure for 12–28 days and moisture content should be below 15%
• For smooth concrete, apply a key coat using Euromix™ Patch Coarse Broadwall with 5–10% cement added
• Protect nearby surfaces and trims from splashes using masking film
• Mix with approx. 4L of clean potable water per 15kg bag
• Use a mechanical or concrete mixer for best results
• Mix to a smooth, lump-free paste that holds a stiff peak on a hawk
• Do not mix more than can be used within one (1) hour
• Apply using hawk & trowel or by spray machine
• Once render has firmed, level with a straight edge and float to a flat finish
• Apply up to 30mm thickness in a single layer; thicker builds require multiple coats
• For thicker applications, embed fibreglass mesh between coats and allow 24–48 hours drying time between layers
• Discard any spillage or partially set material – do not reuse
