Bayferrox® 660 is a dark iron oxide brown pigment supplied in powder form, designed for colouring a wide range of construction materials. When added to pure cement, it creates rich red-brown shades in concrete, mortar, grout, or render. The pigment becomes firmly integrated into the mix, offering excellent weather and alkali resistance, and is both safe and economical to use. Adjust the oxide amount by volume to achieve lighter or darker shades based on the cement content in your mix.

Usage Guidelines

Mix oxide by volume based on the cement content, not the total aggregate. Recommended starting point: 5% oxide by weight of cement. To lighten the colour, reduce oxide percentage; to darken, increase up to a maximum of 10% by weight of cement. Exceeding 10% will not further intensify the colour. Always test a small batch first to confirm the final shade.
