Gripset 11Y is a SBR latex additive specifically formulated for use in cement based compounds to enhance adhesion, strength and waterproof properties of screeds, renders and general cementitious toppings. Gripset 11Y can be used in areas exposed to weather, chemicals, continuous immersion including potable water storage, internal and underground areas. Suitable for remedial applications and new construction.
